JOHANNESBURG – The health department has proposed new regulations for vaping.
It says there is tangible evidence that vaping can result in severe health issues and may even lead to death.

The Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Control Bill is under consideration in Parliament.
It aims to oversee the sale, packaging, and public use of electronic cigarettes.
